Announcing Open Access Hours starting on
September 11th, 2017

CRCSI is now offering Open Access walk-in hours for new patient registrations only. Open Access will prevent delays in care for new clients by offering same day Intakes at our Outpatient locations. New clients will be able to walk in to the clinics during Open Access Hours and complete the Intake Process without the delays of scheduling an appointment with an available clinician. Medicare insured clients should call for availability first 724-437-0729.

Open Access hours will be available at our Uniontown and Connellsville Outpatient offices at the following times:

Uniontown Office: Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Connellsville Office: Tuesday 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Thursday 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM
