Partial Hospitalization - The Phoenix Program

The
Phoenix Program, adult partial hospitalization
program, provides services 6 hours a day,
5 days a week. The program is a structured
milieu containing individual therapy, group
therapy, community re-integration, skill
development, psychiatric evaluation, medication
management, Clozaril services, and support
services.
Service
Offering:
-
Treating depression, schizophrenia,
bipolar disorder, personality disorder,
post traumatic stress disorder and other
mental illnesses
-
Treatment is a combination of group
therapy and individual therapy concentrating
on the individual needs of each client

Case management is encouraged and facilitated
by our therapists for the clients
-
Family and/or community supports are
encouraged to participate in treatment
planning with the client’s permission
Many
of our clients go on to job training at
Goodwill Industries and return to the work
force. Others that are unable to return
to gainful employment are encouraged to
contribute to their community with volunteer
service. Clients are given a variety of
options from animal shelters, soup kitchens,
senior citizen services, libraries, Compeer
program and National Alliance of Mentally
Ill.
Our
goal is to educate our clients to live and
succeed with their illness through management
and skills taught at the Phoenix Program.
