Adult Partial Hospitalization
The Phoenix Program is a client-centered program in which participating individuals take an active role in their recovery. Clients collaborate with the treatment team to identify goals and objectives specific to their wants and needs.
The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program has a treatment capacity of 24 individuals per day and operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Clients participate 2-5 days per week depending on their individualized needs. The program provides services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness that need more support than outpatient services offers but less than inpatient hospitalization.
The treatment team consists of the Program Manager, Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, 3 Mental Health Therapists, and Administrative Assistant.
The following services are offered:
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Regular visits with program psychiatrist
- Individual therapy
- Specialized groups utilizing research evidence –based therapies focusing on depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger management, and self-esteem
- Art therapy is offered daily
- Medication management including Clozaril services and injectable medication
- Resource coordination
Our specialized treatment team consists of: Psychiatrist, Program Manager, Mental Health Therapist, and Registered Nurse.
