What is Bright Horizons?

At Bright Horizons we believe that every person matters. Our goal is to assist each client on their journey to overcome their personal mental health struggles.

Bright Horizons is a licensed Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (APH). APH programs allow clients to receive goal oriented treatment in a supportive environment with the ability to return to their homes and typical routines at the end of the day. This program operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM.

Each participant will receive 3 to 6 hours of therapeutic services on days of attendance.
Some of these services include:

  • Psychiatric Evaluation
  • Medication Assessment and Management
  • Group sessions daily
  • Individual Therapy
  • Education and Support to both participant and family

Group Sessions

APH Groups help educate and empower the participants through skill building and symptom reduction. Groups also assist participants in learning more about and better understand their diagnosis.

We know every person is unique, therefore all treatment must be unique. Treatment length will be based on when each individual goal is met. This decision is made along with your service team.

You are eligible if you...

  • Have a primary mental health diagnosis.
  • Are interested in learning more about healthy coping skills and managing symptoms.
  • Need additional support and more frequent services than offered in traditional outpatient setting and also need the freedom to return home each evening for their daily responsibilities

After Discharge

The team at Bright Horizons will assist each participant in identifying and scheduling follow up services that fit all individual needs.
