About the Program
At Bright Horizons, we believe every person matters. Our goal is to assist you on your journey to overcome your personal mental health struggles.
Bright Horizons is a licensed Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (APH). These programs allow you to receive goal-oriented treatment in a supportive environment with the ability to return to your home and typical routines at the end of the day. This program operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
Each participant will receive 3 to 6 hours of therapeutic services on days of attendance.
Some of these services include:
- Psychiatric Evaluation
- Medication Assessment and Management
- Group sessions daily
- Individual Therapy
- Education and Support to both participant and family
APH Groups help educate and empower you through skill building and symptom reduction. Groups also assist you in learning more about and better understand your diagnosis.
We know every person is unique, therefore all treatment must be unique. Treatment length will be based on when each individual goal is met. This decision is made along with your service team.
You are eligible if you...
- Have a primary mental health diagnosis.
- Are interested in learning more about healthy coping skills and managing symptoms.
- Need additional support and more frequent services than offered in traditional outpatient setting and also need the freedom to return home each evening for their daily responsibilities
The team at Bright Horizons will assist you in identifying and scheduling follow up services that fit your needs.
Most insurances cover the partial hospitalization service. If you are unsure what your insurance covers, do not have insurance, or need payment plan or funding supports, you can meet with one of our Financial Counselors to assist you further.
