About the Program
At Bright Horizons, we believe every person matters. Our goal is to assist you on your journey to overcome your personal mental health struggles.
Bright Horizons is a licensed Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (APH). These programs allow you to receive goal-oriented treatment in a supportive environment with the ability to return to your home and typical routines at the end of the day. This program operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
Services
Each participant will receive 3 to 6 hours of therapeutic services on days of attendance.
Some of these services include:
- Psychiatric Evaluation

Group Sessions
APH Groups help educate and empower you through skill building and symptom reduction. Groups also assist you in learning more about and better understand your diagnosis.
