2. Interviews

Our interviews consist of a minimum of tow parts, however at times when we hace several qualified candidates a third of final interview may occur.

Human resources will review all resumes and send qualified resumes to our Program Managers.  Program Managers will contact and candidate to conduct an initial phone interview.  Those candidates which meet the qualifications of the position will be scheduled for an on-site interview.

As a Health Care Provider, we must ensure that our employees meet certain criteria for positions.  All employees must be able to provide a Pennsylvania Criminal Record, Child Abuse Certification, and a Federal Bureau of Investigation Clearance.  These clearances will report if the candidate can be hired as an employee.
5. Orientation
Once all documentation has been completed candidates will be scheduled for their on-boarding orientation date with Human Resources.
