About The Program
Chestnut Ridge’s Peer Support Program instills hope in individuals that recovery is not only possible, but probable. With the assistance of our Certified Peer Specialists, you can achieve the goals you established. This program is centered on the recovery goals identified by you and incorporated into your Individual Service Plan following the completion of a strength-based assessment.
You have the opportunity to participate in and make decisions pertaining to your services. The philosophy of peer support is that services are person-centered with a recovery focus and is a tool to facilitate the development of self-help skills.
